BHEL Bhopal unit holds ‘Fine Print of Life’ programme for Engineer trainees
Bhopal, December 2 (Pervez Bari): A three-day programme on “Fine Print of Life” was organized by HRDC in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, (BHEL), Bhopal unit for their Engineer trainees the other day.
G D Verma, GM, HR, graced the programme as chief guest. This is a new initiative taken by HRDC focused on Knowing Self, Relationship Building, Balanced state of mind and personal development. P S Wasu, Life skill Trainer & Founder of Melting Pot, was the faculty of the programme.
Verma appreciated the efforts and new initiatives of the HRDC in imparting training for overall development of ETs. He stressed on continuous learning & gave the overall picture of BHEL to new ETs. He also said about the importance of punctuality and discipline in our lives
P. K. Goyal, AGM, HRD, welcomed the chief guest and faculty. He said that, life is a journey of knowing self and others & this programme helped ETs to exploring themselves in the same. Shahib Singh, Sr. Manager, HRDC and Ms Jayati De, Executive, HRD, coordinated the programme. Ms Smriti Sharma, Executive Trainee, proposed a vote of thanks.
Meanwhile, Dhiman Sen, GM, IT inaugurated a 12-day Common Induction Training, (CIT), at HRDC, BHEL, Bhopal unit for newly recruited supervisor trainees the other day.
Sen, welcomed the newly inducted trainees and asked for brief introduction. He discussed the contribution of BHEL in the field of Power Generation in our country and also emphasised the importance of discipline and team work in our life. He stressed on motivation in every field of life and told that a long term vision with continuous learning is important to achieve any target.
P K Goyal, AGM, HRD, in his address, stressed upon solution of the problem. He said that cooperation with each other and learning more from the environment is required to get success in life. Harsh Puri, AGM, HRD, discussed the importance of Common Induction Training period and also shared about training model “Nipurn” with trainees.
