H. H. The Dalai Lama's Birthday was
celebrated as Tibet Freedom Struggle Day by Peace Activist Dr. Mahesh Yadav
7 July, 2009, New Delhi: Mahatma
Gandhi Tibet Freedom Movement's Founder/President, Dr. Mahesh Yadav, taking a
step ahead towards Tibet Freedom with his co-worker Siddharth Bhatia and
others started the Bharat Nirman Yatra on July 4, 2009 by making a portrait of
Mahatma Gandhi in his own blood. This Yatra was furthered on July 05, 2009 as
a rail journey from Bhopal to New Delhi on-board the Punjab Mail. Awareness
was created on each of the stoppages in between, like Vidisha, Ganjbasoda,
Bina, Lalitpur, Jhansi, Babina, Banmor, Gwalior, Morena, Agra, Mathura,
Faridabad etc. by distributing pamphlets and talks on Tibet Cause till late in
the mid-night. He appealed the public to atleast write a postcard to the
President of India, H. E. Smt. Pratibha Devi Singh Patil, and Prime Minister
of India, Hon. Dr. Manmohan Singh, regarding 'Save Tibet-Secure India'.
On July 06, 2009, furthering the Yatra, Dr. Mahesh Yadav, along with other
peace activists, organized a Satyagrah (Dharna) at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi to
appeal to the Indian Government to Expel Killer China from Tibet by reviewing
and changing the Indo-China policy and supporting Tibet in the UNO, and prayed
that Long Live H. H. The Dalai Lama on his 74th birthday and celebrated this
day as Tibet Freedom Struggle Day. Memorandum was also presented at the
President House and Prime Minister's office at 3:00 p.m.
Peace Activist, Dr. Mahesh Yadav said, "Fifty years has passed since China
captured Tibet, but still the world is silent over the Tibet issue. At a point
where today we are so awed and sensitized over the Rights of Animals and
Birds, then how can we keep a silence over the atrocities done by China on
Tibetans? This is very dangerous not only for the Tibetans but also for World
Peace and Humanity. It seems that there is no more a difference between the
Talibani and China 's atrocity and action over Humanity.
The ineffable, horrendous & brutal crackdown, and barbarous killing of calm,
peace loving and naive Tibetans can be termed nothing less than an incredible
violation of fundamental human rights and an insult to dignity of humanity. It
is an irony that the world is shockingly tolerant and silent towards this
brutality. The world today dwells in a global order that is committed to basic
human respect and communal dignity.. A big question arises and hits at the
very values and principles upon which democracy, human values and human rights
are based. Ironically, dignity in any manner will be on verge of loosing its
significance, if we do not strongly come up now against this atrocious vampire
‘China;' 'A potential threat to the Earth & Human kind!’
We sincerely urge the world community to pressurize China to free Tibet and
deeply condemn it for the brutality it has shown in Tibet.
Inevitable it is, if we all want to save humanity, peace, brotherhood,
non-violence and the environment, we should all come together immediately and
make Tibet free from the evil clutches of China by vehemently supporting H.H.
the Dalai Lama’s Gandhian way of non-violent freedom struggle for Tibet’s
cause. Hereby, we appeal you all to come up strongly in support of H.H. the
Dalai Lama’s Gandhian way of non-violent freedom struggle, otherwise people
will always blindly turn to a destructive way of struggle. This by no means
will be a right way in establishment of peace on earth. The recent development
in Tibet is a testimony to it."
We need your support to H.H. Dalai Lama’s recent demand of probing into fresh
events of violence in Tibet by an unbiased investigating agency as per &
according to international law. It is quite obvious that it is none other than
China who is responsible for it. There is a strong evidence of Tiananmen
Square Massacre against China , that it brutally crushed the wave of protest
of students at Tiananmen Square in April-June 1989, while they were peacefully
raising voice for democracy and liberty in China . Also, till date China had
murdered almost 1.2 million Tibetans in its mission of genocide in Tibet.
How can we forget this reality that before the forcible brutal capture of
Tibet by China, Tibet used to be an independent country and never ever it had
been a part of China. Hence, we appeal The UNO and the world community to
kindly support this cause in interest of saving truth, peace & humanity and
consider this reality leaving aside economical, political and other selfish
interests, so that China can be forced to free Tibet unconditionally, which it
claims to be a part of its mainland.
Today, if we fail to save Tibet then it will not serve world peace, but in
turn will be a help to a country like China, whose way of life is violence and
it will come up more strongly and turn the world into a battle field.
Dr. Yadav says, "Not only we, but also the entire World knows that the China
is… Killer of Tibetans....Killer of Freedom...Killer of Human Rights...Killer
of Democracy...Killer of international Law...Killer of World-Peace...Killer of
Environment...Killer of world faith...and last but not the least......Kidnaper
of Panchen Lama...!
Then...... why the World keeps a silence over China's atrocity on Tibetans?
Dr. Yadav feels this with great sadness, "Alas! This silence of the world
might become dangerous for World Peace."
He said, "Today, it is the requirement and necessity of the time to Expel the
Killer China from Tibet and the UN Security Council if we want to bring Peace,
Harmony and Democracy on Earth, and all the political and economical relations
with China should be boycotted."
